Delivery Method (Hong Kong)
1. Home delivery
Freight
- Free shipping for orders with a net value of HK$5000 or above.
- If the net value of the order does not meet the above consumption amount, SF Express will be used for cash on delivery.
Shipping time
- Commercial and non-commercial areas: 7 – 10 working days.
- Remote areas: 10 working days or more
- Please note that there is no delivery service on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery Details
- We will use SF Express to send your order to the delivery address you filled in on the checkout page.
- Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, we'll send you a delivery notification that evening, along with your tracking number. Enter your tracking number on the courier's website to track your order's progress. If you need to schedule a different delivery time, please contact the courier directly.
- Please make sure the phone number you entered when submitting your order is correct so that the courier can contact you smoothly.

2. Pick up
Freight
- If you choose to pick up the order yourself, shipping is free.
Shipping time
- 一般在1-5個工作日內會準備好你的商品
- Please note that there is no self-collection service on Sundays and public holidays
Delivery Details
- When we prepare your order, someone will send you a "pick-up notice".
- Before you collect your order, please print out or present the "Collection Notice" on your mobile phone and provide the order number from the email to our staff for verification.
- Please bring your own shopping bags to pick up your items.
3. Pick up at SF Express Station

- If the net order value does not meet the above consumption amount, payment will be made on delivery.

- When your order arrives at the designated SF Express station, SF Express will send you a text message to notify you to pick up the package.
- When you pick up your package at a SF Express service point, you must present the confirmation SMS sent by SF Express. The package can only be picked up after verification by the SF Express service point staff.
- Please note that you must collect your order at the selected SF Express station within 3 days of receiving the pickup notification SMS. Orders received after this date will be collected by SF Express. You can call SF Express's customer service hotline to reschedule your pickup.
