Our store sells both genuine parallel import and brand-new (i.e., overseas imported) goods.<\/p>\n

Regarding order cancellations, refunds, and returns:<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

      Regarding product returns:

      If there is a problem with the goods, the customer must bring the goods and receipt to our company in person for repair or replacement (except for damage caused by human error).<\/p>\n

      Customers should ensure that the product has not been damaged by human error and retain the complete packaging, accessories, and gifts.<\/p>\n

      All costs incurred due to returns, including shipping and other charges, shall be borne by the customer.<\/p>\n
