Our company may arrange cancellation of a customer's order if any of the following conditions occur.

- Orders that could not be shipped due to defective goods.

Regarding product returns:
Our company provides a 14-day warranty.
If there is a problem with the goods, the customer must bring the goods and receipt to our company in person for repair or replacement (except for damage caused by human error).
Customers should ensure that the product has not been damaged by human error and retain the complete packaging, accessories, and gifts.
All costs incurred due to returns, including shipping and other charges, shall be borne by the customer.
